Refund Policy

Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that every individual has a personal preference and scents may be perceived differently. Description of products are based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. Due to the handmade nature of our products, designs and textures will differ from product to product.

Soap continuously loses weight due to evaporation for up to 12 months after it has been made. Please note that our soap weights may fluctuate slightly (tenths of an ounce) due to this natural process.

 

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
