Shipping Policy

Typical order processing time is 3 business days during normal operations. However, during times we experience increased order volumes such as the Holiday Season (November-December), please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship. We package orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are determined by the cost of the order.

Carriers used are USPS and UPS. Orders sent to PO Boxes will be sent with USPS. Orders sent to home address/physical locations will be sent with UPS.

Due to the delicate nature of our Artisan Goat Milk Soaps and other products, all packages will be mailed in boxes with padding.  No products will be sent in padded envelopes.
